Vladimir Nabokov International Summer School (Nabokov 101) was established by the Vladimir Nabokov Museum in 2000. Many leading Nabokov scholars, among them Prof. Brian Boyd, Prof. D.B. Johnson, Prof. Alexander Dolinin, Prof. Maurice Couturier, Prof. Julian Connolly, Prof. Stephen Blackwell, Prof. Maxim Shrayer, Prof. Annelore Engel-Braunschmidt, Prof. Zoran Kuzmanovich read courses on different topics of Nabokov studies at the Summer School.

Every year it brings together Nabokov students from all over the world and internationally known Nabokov scholars.

All classes take place in the library of the Nabokov Museum which gives a unique opportunity to study Nabokov’s art in the atmosphere that inspired the writer.

All classes and guided tours are conducted in English.

After completing the program, the students receive a Certificate and, if required, a personal letter of recommendation from the professor.
