Every year Nabokov Museum conducts one or two International Nabokov conferences. Three major International Conferences took place in 1999, 2002, 2005.
Annual Nabokov Readings take place in the Museum in the end of April. Apart from that, seminars and lectures on various literary topics are held in the Museum throughout the year.

Nabokov Museum also holds many cultural programs in partnership with other Russian and Foreign institutions. With years Museum has become one of the most active international cultural centers of Saint-Petersburg.
